If I have a rank on Roblox, do I get it in real life?+
No. A Roblox rank only applies on Roblox. The real-life company makes its own staffing decisions.
And the other way around?+
No. Holding a position at a real-life company doesn't give you a rank in its Roblox community.
Can I be part of both?+
Yes. You can be involved in both, but you'll apply to each one separately and each will review your application on its own.
Are the communities run by PROXEL directly?+
No. Each community belongs to its company and is run by its own team. PROXEL's oversight covers both sides the same way.
