Each PROXEL company and each of their Roblox communities runs independently and handles its own data, including job applications. When you visit a company’s own website, apply to a company, or join a community, that company’s or community’s own privacy policy applies.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser, the page requested and the time of the request. We don’t use this to identify you.

When you send a message

The contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic and your message. We use these only to reply to you. Messages are delivered through our form provider, Form provider to be added. The form doesn’t send anything until it is connected.

Analytics, only if you allow it

If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country or city), the type of device and browser, and how people found the site. Google may process this data outside your country, including in the United States. If you decline, Google Analytics isn’t loaded at all.
